This case study was created for the Santa Clara County Office of Education when they were seeking to scale their performance evaluation process. They wanted to be able to support their leadership team with the ability to provide feedback electronically instead of scanning their documents manually.
We proposed providing a learning platform and system support and explored the following options:
The development of (1) evaluation form and database
The development of (1) evaluation form with notifications and data delivery, which would require hosting and maintenance
The development of a full-fledged custom evaluation system, allows users to customize, build, and edit the forms.
